Physical Therapy Board of California
Precedential Decisions
Pursuant to Government Code section 11425.60, a decision that contains a significant legal or policy determination of general application that is likely to recur may be designated as precedential. Once a decision is designated as precedential, the Physical Therapy Board of California (Board) may rely on it for imposing discipline for related acts. The Board must maintain an index of adopted precedential decisions, and publish annually a notice of availability of the index with the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) and annually distribute the index to the public by subscription.
