Disciplinary Guidelines

The Physical Therapy Board of California (Board) proposes to make changes without regulatory effect to Article 8 and section 1399.15 of Title 16 of the California Code of Regulations and the Guidelines for Issuing Citations and Imposing Discipline (Guidelines) incorporated by reference.

This change without regulatory effect repeals or amends existing regulations pertaining to sponsored health care events as required to be consistent with the repeal of Business and Professions Code section 901.
